In Development: The New Lawn

The Lawn is going through a major transformation. When it opens in late 2021 it will become west Houston's hub for cultural events, festivals, concerts, art installations, and gatherings of all sizes.

When completed it will encompass more than 28,000 square-feet of greenspace, seating areas, a covered stage for performances, and a food & beverage kiosk. There will also be plenty of shade thanks to the large heritage oak trees that were relocated to a tree farm two years ago, and are now returning home.
